After removing the shine and applying Dehydrate to the natural nail apply 2 coats of IBD Stick Primer very sparingly to the natural nail allowing the primer to dry completely between coats. Take care not to get primer on the skin. A chalky white appearance is your indication that the primer is thoroughly dry. If primer is spilled, rinse thoroughly with water and neutralize the burn with an alcohol based product.
