Shipping policy

 

 Free Shipping Only for Small Items (nail polish, Gel Polish, brushes all items under 0.5 oz) for orders of $90 or more is available to the continental United States only. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

You will be responsible for paying for your OWN SHIPPING COSTS for returning your item. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a gift card with the full amount of item returned and shipping cost. so that you may re-purchase your item or purchase other products.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Important: If you order a pre-order item with in-stock products, your entire order will be HELD and SHIPPED TOGETHER once the pre-order item arrives.

To receive in-stock items immediately, please place pre-order items in a SEPERATE ORDER.

SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100 !!!!!!!!

To help protect our customers and ensure orders arrive safely, all orders with a total value of $100 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

This means the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) will require someone at the delivery address to sign for the package before it can be released. This policy helps prevent lost or stolen packages and ensures your order is delivered securely.

If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier may:

Attempt delivery again on the next business day, or

Leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package to avoid delays.
