Diffusion: Add 3 – 4 drops to our Small Ultrasonic Diffuser (80 ml) or 18 – 30 drops to our Large Ultrasonic Diffuser (600 ml) to relieve stress and anxiety, dissipate muscle tension and calm the mind.
Topical use: Apply 1-2 drops of Stress Relief Essential Oil behind your ears, on your temples or behind your neck. Or, place a dime-sized dollop of our Fragrance Free Body Lotion or moisturizing Skin Oils into your hand, add 1-2 drops of Stress Relief Essential Oil and apply all over your body.
